“Because we care” (Why we do it)

Jason started CCare as a next step in his life’s mission: “So we cared for you. Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well” 1 Thessalonians 2:8 (NIV).

Using an integrated approach that combines passionate faith, a genuine love for people, 25+ years of leadership experience, and the latest in the disciplines of industrial/organizational psychology, we do it all “because we care.”

Our Mission (What we do)

Caring about the work. Caring for the workforce.

Our Values (How we do it)

Creativity — Every environment is unique and requires the flexibility for fresh ideas and adaptable training and development products.

Accountability — The adjustments needed for further development aren’t natural and require the help of a trusted and tenacious voice.

R
eality — Knowing where you really are is pivotal to taking the right next step for you and your organization.

E
ncouragement — It takes courage to lead, and at times, leaders get stuck. An honest and thoughtful word of encouragement is sometimes all a leader needs to start moving again.

“I’ve known Jason for 15 years, and he has an incredible ability to connect with people and motivate them to take action. His engaging communication style and experience in leading both small and large teams make him a natural leader and coach. If you’re looking to achieve greater results in your own leadership or with your team, Jason is the guy you want by your side.”

“Jason stepped into our student culture and fit right in. His messages were personal, meaningful, connected to teens, and above all, substantive in Biblical content. Thankful for Jason’s ministry to us!"

"When it comes to preaching, some people are gifted and some people are skilled. How rare when find someone gifted, who has also worked to strengthen their skills. It is even more rare when you find individuals who are gifted and skilled and preach from a place of humility and surrender to the Spirit. That is what you have in Jason Smith. His preaching has blessed me and my church and I whole heartedly endorse him as someone who will serve you and your church or organization well.”
